I'm a Maryland Certified Residential Appraiser who discovered — in my late sixties — that most of my hard-earned authority was nearly invisible online. So I rebuilt it. That's the whole reason EdDrost.AI exists.

For 37 years I built my reputation the old-fashioned way — one appraisal, one report, one referral at a time.
