About Ed Drost
Maryland State Certified Residential Appraiser. AI Architect. Creator of The AI Visibility Engine. The proof of concept for everything taught here is Ed Drost himself.
The proof of concept
is me.
I spent 35 years as Baltimore's most trusted residential appraiser — valuing rowhouses in Hampden, estates in Guilford, contested properties in Fell's Point, multifamily investments in Hamilton-Lauraville — one report at a time, trading hours for dollars, delivering precision and integrity across every corner of the Baltimore metro.
For most of that time, I was successful by every traditional measure. I built a reputation. I built a client base. I built expertise that took decades to accumulate. And I was exhausted.
At 68 years old, I made a decision that most people in my position wouldn't. I didn't slow down. I rebuilt. Starting in my mid-sixties, I reconstructed my entire business operation using AI systems — not by becoming a tech expert, but by learning to use AI the way a pirate uses a ship: as leverage, not a destination.
The AI Visibility Engine was born from that rebuild. I launched a 74-page hyperlocal website targeting every Baltimore zip code I serve. Within 72 hours it had a Page 1 ranking and a Google AI Overview citation. That was the proof. The method works — and I tested it on myself first, at 68 years old, after 35 years of doing things the old way.
Now I teach experienced professionals 45+ to do the same. Not by starting over. Not by becoming tech influencers. But by converting the expertise they've already spent decades building into structured AI citation assets that work while they sleep.
Experience builds value. AI builds leverage.
